Making the Impossible Possible

Nagashi helped me secure the AIU scholarship and covered costs I never imagined I could manage on my own. At one point, I was even thinking of withdrawing because of expenses like my visa, university registration, and travel around $2,000 but their support made it possible for me to reach the university and continue my studies. I am truly grateful to Nagashi for being a community that uplifts and empowers its students every step of the way

My Second Family

“Nagashi is an empowering, supportive and caring community that opened the door for me to pursue higher education and achieve my goals. They stood by my side during important moments, including my graduation day when my own family could not attend. A simple gesture, like the flower I received, became a powerful reminder that Nagashi is not just an organisation, but truly a family that uplifts, supports, and celebrates its students”

Grateful for Nagashi’s Support Every Step of the Way

“Nagashi has been a supportive and caring community that helped me pursue my higher education. From the start, they provided the resources I needed, including a laptop that was essential to my studies, and I am truly grateful. They were also there for me during my graduation when my family could not attend, showing that Nagashi is not just an organisation, but a lifelong family that uplifts and celebrates its students.”

English Language Program

Nagashi Foundation collaborates with universities to identify scholarship opportunities for talented students from underserved and refugee communities. However, many capable students are unable to access these opportunities due to limited English proficiency. This program is designed to equip students with the essential English language skills needed to succeed in academic environments, prepare for required examinations, and confidently pursue higher education and scholarship opportunities.

Higher Education Support program

Nagashi Foundation helps talented students from underserved and refugee communities secure university scholarships. However, many students are unable to accept these opportunities because they cannot afford essential costs such as travel tickets, visa processing, and university registration fees. This program supports students who have already earned scholarships but need financial assistance to cover these initial expenses and begin their academic journey. Your donation helps ensure that these life-changing opportunities become a reality.

GED Preparation Program

Nagashi Foundation supports refugee and underprivileged students who have been unable to complete their formal education due to conflict, displacement, or financial hardship. Through our GED preparation program, we help these students study for internationally recognized equivalency exams that open the door to university admission, vocational training, and scholarship opportunities. Your support will help provide study materials, exam preparation, and mentorship, giving these young people a second chance at education and a pathway toward a brighter future.

Student Life Support Fund

Nagashi Foundation continues to support talented students from underserved and refugee communities even after they secure university scholarships. While tuition is covered, many students face real challenges in adapting to a new environment and sustaining their daily lives. Basic needs such as laptops for study, meals, accommodation, and essential living expenses often become major obstacles. This program provides ongoing support to ensure students can focus on their education with stability and dignity. Your contribution helps them not only access education—but successfully continue and complete their academic journey.
